Why do you need counselling?
Counseling will allow us to accept our choices, and help to work on issues like interpersonal and intrapersonal relations, communication skills, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Even if we are healthy and happy, taking counseling will help us get more self-aware and working on ourselves and dealing with others will become easier.
When do we need counseling?
- When a person is feeling stuck.
- When a person is in a conflictual situation
- When a person is feeling anxious
- When a person is facing challenges in personal and social life.
- Feeling low, incompetent, low self-esteem, lost and procrastination.
What is the requirement for the first session?
Just relax and be comfortable. Every session is a safe space for you. The counselor is there to listen.
Remember counseling is a journey and it requires patience so take small steps.
What is the goal of Pratigrah?
We aim to create a safe and therapeutic space for every individual while maintaining full confidentiality and being mindful of the person’s boundaries, thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
The art sessions will help an individual express his thoughts and feelings in a nonverbal way. Our different therapies like CBT, REBT, PPT, AT, TA, and many more other therapies help the clients to find their own solutions. We support the client to be more confident, solution focused and optimistic.
